Precision Mold Making

Precision starts in our toolroom. With 25 sets of high-speed 5-axis CNC centers, we machine complex mold architectures in a single setup, eliminating the cumulative errors of traditional 3-axis shops. We utilize premium steels including S136 and H13 (HRC 48-52) to build SPI Class 101 Molds, guaranteed for over 1,000,000 cycles.
