PEEK (Polyetheretherketone)
The pinnacle of technical polymers; provides metal-replacement strength with exceptional biocompatibility and continuous operation at 260°C.
Properties: Extreme thermal stability (Continuous Operating Temp up to 260°C), aerospace-grade strength-to-weight ratio, and excellent biocompatibility.
Processes: High-Temperature Molding (Requires 400°C+ melt and oil-controlled tool temperatures).

PPS (Polyphenylene Sulfide)
A high-performance "Plastic-Metal" inherently resistant to all known industrial solvents and optimized for high-voltage thermal management systems.

PEI (Polyetherimide / Ultem)
The ultimate solution for micro-scale precision; offers near-zero thermal expansion and exceptional flow for ultra-thin wall technical geometries.

Processes: Complex Geometry Molding, Precision Insert Molding.

LCP (Liquid Crystal Polymer)

Ultra-High Mold Temperatures
