POM-Celanese Celcon M90
Withstanding prolonged exposure to alkaline detergents and hot water without hydrolytic breakdown requires a specialized acetal copolymer, which Celcon M90 by Celanese delivers through its stable polyoxymethylene copolymer matrix. Featuring a density of 1.41 g/cm³ and a melt index of 9.0 cm³/10 min, this unreinforced grade offers superior hot-water stability and far lower mold plate-out (deposits) during continuous production than homopolymer acetals. At Jucheng Precision, an ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and IATF 16949 certified manufacturer, we specialize in molding Celcon M90. Using our in-house 5-axis CNC-machined S136 stainless steel molds, we control its 1.8% to 2.2% shrinkage, delivering dimensionally stable water valves verified by Zeiss CMM.
