Aluminum Injection Mold / Tooling

Utilizing high-strength 7075-T6 aluminum. Offers excellent heat dissipation, lowering cycle times by up to 25 percent. Ideal for rapid tooling prototypes and low-volume bridge production.
P20 Mold Steel

A pre-hardened, versatile steel. The global industry standard for low-to-mid volume molding. Offers great dimensional stability, good machinability, and highly cost-effective tooling.
H13 Tool Steel

A hardened steel providing extraordinary wear and thermal fatigue resistance. Highly recommended for processing abrasive glass-filled or carbon-filled composite polymers.
S136 Mold Steel

A premium, hardened, corrosion-resistant stainless steel. It can be hand-polished to a mirror finish (SPI A-1), essential for optically clear lenses and medical-grade diagnostic parts.
718 Mold Steel

An upgraded pre-hardened steel offering better core hardness and surface finish consistency than standard P20. Excellent for larger structural parts and medium-volume runs.
NAK80 Mold Steel

A high-performance pre-hardened steel with uniform hardness. It offers superb machinability and excellent polishing characteristics up to SPI A-2 finish for high-aesthetic parts.
