Zero Surface Defect Tooling (Mirror Polishing)

We use hardened S136 stainless steel mold cavity blocks mirror-polished to a high level using diamond paste to eliminate all raw part defects.
Silicone-Free Mold Release Policy
Silicone-based mold release sprays used during molding form an invisible hydrophobic barrier on part surfaces, completely disrupting chromic acid etching and destroying the copper-nickel catalyst bond. Jucheng strictly bans the use of silicone release agents, ensuring all plated parts are pristine and clean.
