5-Axis Precise Venting

Thin wall cavities trap air rapidly. We use 5-axis CNC and precision Wire EDM to machine microscopic vents (0.01mm) that allow air to escape while blocking molten resin.

Conformal Cooling

Uniform cooling is critical to prevent thin parts from "potato chipping" (warping). We engineer complex 3D cooling channels that follow the part geometry precisely.

Hardened Steel Cores

To withstand injection pressures over 20,000 psi, we build molds using premium S136 or H13 steels, heat-treated to 52-54 HRC for maximum tool life.
