• Ultrasonic Welding: High-frequency vibrations melt mating surfaces (requires specific DfM energy directors). Fast and highly repeatable.
• Hot Plate Welding: Ideal for large, complex, or curved thermoplastic parts where ultrasonic welding cannot reach.

While we specialize in Insert Injection Molding, for low-volume or specific geometries, post-molding insertion is a highly cost-effective alternative to provide durable metal threads in plastic.
