Thermoplastic Elastomers

Our Elastomer Portfolio
TPE

The most versatile and cost-effective soft-touch material. Excellent for consumer products requiring ergonomic grips and slip resistance.
- Durometer: 10A to 90A
- Key Trait: Excellent bonding to PP, ABS, PC.
- Best For: Tool handles, toothbrush grips, wearable straps.
TPU

Significantly tougher than TPE. Offers outstanding abrasion resistance, tear strength, and oil/grease resistance.
- Durometer: 60A to 85D
- Key Trait: Extreme durability and scratch resistance.
- Best For: Rugged electronic cases, caster wheels, automotive boots.
TPV

Closely mimics EPDM rubber. Performs exceptionally well under high heat and maintains its sealing properties (low compression set) over time.
- Durometer: 35A to 50D
- Key Trait: High-temperature stability & weather resistance.
- Best For: Automotive weather seals, under-hood gaskets.
LSR
A thermoset material offering the absolute peak of high-temperature stability, chemical inertness, and biocompatibility. Requires specialized LSR molding equipment.
- Durometer: 5A to 80A
- Key Trait: Withstands 200°C+ and sterilization.
- Best For: Medical implants, high-heat automotive seals.
The Zero-Flash Tooling Challenge

This is why tooling precision dictates the success of elastomer molding.
In-House 5-Axis Precision
At Jucheng, we do not outsource molds. Our 25+ high-end 5-axis CNC machines (Haas/Mazak) cut tool steel to sub-micron tolerances, ensuring absolute zero-clearance shut-offs when overmolding soft TPE onto rigid substrates.
IATF 16949 Quality Control
Every overmolded boundary line and sealing gasket profile is rigorously verified using our advanced Zeiss CMMs to guarantee IP67/IP68 waterproof performance.
