Equipped with 25+ high-speed 5-axis CNC machines (Haas & Mazak), we cut mold steel to micron-level tolerances. This ensures perfect parting lines, complex sliding cores, and zero-flash results for our most demanding medical and automotive clients.

Scalable Injection Production
Our injection molding floor is engineered for 24/7 automated production. We operate a fleet of 35+ advanced presses with clamping forces ranging from 50 Tons to 650 Tons, allowing us to handle parts of all sizes.
From our ISO Class 8 Cleanroom for sterile medical components to our high-speed units for thin-wall packaging, every machine is integrated with robotic arms for consistent cycle times and damage-free part extraction.

In our temperature-controlled metrology lab, “close enough” is never accepted. We utilize advanced Zeiss Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and spectrometers to verify everything from raw material composition to final geometric dimensions.
Every critical-to-function dimension is documented. We provide our clients with comprehensive inspection reports, CPK studies, and full lot traceability to meet strict IATF 16949 and ISO 13485 regulatory requirements.
