As a specialized injection molding manufacturer in China, our mission is to provide high-precision custom plastic parts with absolute reliability. We operate as a vertically integrated plastic injection molding factory, bridging the gap between rapid prototyping and high-volume plastic production.

JUCHENG Injection Molding was founded on a singular principle: Uncompromising Precision. With an 8,000-square-meter state-of-the-art facility in Dongguan, we have spent over 13 years refining the art of plastic Injection Molding and tool making. We serve as a critical partner for more than 3,000 global customers, ranging from high-growth startups to Tier-1 automotive and medical OEMs. Our mission is to provide the speed of a prototype shop with the rigorous quality systems of a mass production leader.

Founded in Shenzhen, focusing on high-end rapid tooling for international markets.

Expanded to 8,000 sqm facility in Dongguan and attained ISO 9001 certification.

Invested in 25+ Haas/Mazak 5-axis CNCs and achieved IATF 16949 certification.

Launched ISO Class 8 Cleanroom and secured ISO 13485 medical device certification.

Our engineering team brings decades of combined experience in DFM, mold flow analysis, and polymer science to solve your toughest challenges.

In-house toolmakers work alongside 5-axis CNC operators to hand-fit and polish molds to sub-micron accuracy.

Full-time QC specialists trained in IATF and ISO protocols operate our Zeiss CMM metrology lab around the clock.
