The Challenge
Material Degradation
Standard injection barrels are too large. The tiny amount of plastic needed sits in the heated barrel too long, burning and degrading the polymer.
Micro-Flash Prevention
When molding parts under 1mm, a parting line gap of even a few microns will cause flash (burrs) that are larger than the part's features itself.
Part Ejection & Handling
Micro parts are easily damaged by standard ejector pins and carry static electricity, making them difficult to handle and package.

We design custom, non-destructive ejection systems (such as stripper plates or vacuum extraction). Parts are immediately retrieved by high-precision robotic arms and packaged within our static-controlled ISO 13485 cleanroom environment.
