The Tooling Lifecycle Process

DFM & Mold Flow

Engineers analyze draft angles, wall thickness, and simulate resin flow to prevent warping and sink marks before cutting steel.

CNC & EDM Machining

The mold base, cores, and cavities are precision-machined. Cooling channels are drilled for optimal cycle times.

Assembly & Polishing

Components are hand-fitted by master toolmakers. Surfaces are polished to required SPI standards (up to A-1 Diamond Polish).

T1 Trial & CMM

The mold goes into our injection presses for the first shot (T1). Parts undergo rigorous CMM inspection for your approval.
