Pressurized Oil Mold Temperature Control<\/p>\n

We maintain mold temperatures at 80\u00b0C\u2013120\u00b0C (176\u00b0F to 248\u00b0F) using pressurized temperature controllers. Maintaining high mold temperatures is critical to minimize molded-in stress, optimize surface gloss, and completely prevent weld-line stress cracking near intricate snap-fits.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
