position must respect steel thickness, pressure, tool construction, and service access. Too close to a cavity surface may compromise strength or sealing; too far away may have little effect on the hot region. Coordinate the circuit with the complete mechanism and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jcinjectionmolding.com\/ja\/service\/custom-mold-making\/\">\u30ab\u30b9\u30bf\u30e0\u91d1\u578b\u88fd\u4f5c<\/a>, rather than reviewing the insert in isolation.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"risks\">Where conventional layouts miss the thermal bottleneck<\/h2>\n<p>A symmetrical channel pattern does not guarantee symmetrical cooling. Common misses include a passage that stops before a deep core tip, a thick feature left between circuits, and multiple branches that share flow unevenly.
